Environmental Policy
It is the established policy of Earth to be a leader in the field of environmental remediation for the oil industry. Earth’s focus is to ensure environmental responsibility through positive control of risks and hazards associated with the Oil industry. This is achieved through alignment with activities that include, but are not limited to the following:
- Earth will prevent pollution by striving to minimize waste generation and resource consumption
- Earth will establish and evaluate achievable environmental performance goals to ensure continual improvement of its EMS
- Earth commits itself to recover, recycle and reuse whenever possible
Quality Policy
It is the established policy of Earth to be a leader in the field of environmental remediation for the oil industry. Earth will provide its customers with products and services, which comply in all respects with customer’s agreed requirements, any applicable legal and statutory requirements, and codes of practice and which meet the customers’ needs and exceeds their expectations.
We seek to continually improve the effectiveness of this Quality Management System, which is reviewed during our Management Review Meetings, when we also review our quality objectives. We establish new objectives, wherever our system may benefit from doing so.
The ongoing suitability of this Quality policy is reviewed during the Quality Management Review Meetings.
This Quality Policy is issued and explained to all employees upon commencement of work with the company, and a copy is prominently displayed in the reception area and made available for viewing on the computer network. All staff are trained in the meaning and implications of this Quality Policy.
In order to achieve these aims and do so in a manner which enables Earth to also achieve its planned financial and growth objectives, Earth operates within the framework of a Quality Management System compatible with ISO 9001:2008.
This system is expressed through our Integrated Systems Manual and its supporting manuals and procedures. Compliance by all staff with the requirements of the system is mandatory.

Safety and Security Policy
It is the established policy of Earth to be a leader in the field of environmental remediation for the oil industry. Earth Co. Ltd’s focus is to ensure security and safety through positive control of risks and hazards associated with the Oil industry. This is achieved through alignment with activities that include, but are not limited to the following:
- Safety and Security is an individual and collective responsibility within Earth
- Safety and Security will be constantly reviewed through daily practices and through periodic self-assessment and independent oversight
- Earth will identify all hazards and risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate these risks
- Earth facilities will be secured and carefully guarded at all times
- Accidents, near misses and other incidents will be promptly investigated and resolved
- Earth Staff are encouraged to report any unsafe condition or hazardous situation to their supervisors or the appropriate health and safety officer
- Earth Staff are to report all suspicious activities or individuals who may be a threat to the security of Earth employees
- Earth will take appropriate steps to ensure the security of all its employees and visitors to its facilities
- This Safety and Security Policy is issued and explained to all employees upon commencement of work with the company, and a copy is prominently displayed in the reception area and made available for viewing on the computer network. All staff are trained in the meaning and implications of this Safety and Security Policy
- In order to achieve these aims and do so in a manner which enables Earth to also achieve its planned financial and growth objectives, Earth operates within the framework of a Safety and Security Management System compatible with OHSAS 18001 and the Minimum Industrial Safety Training (MIST) standard for offshore workers
- This system is expressed through our Integrated Systems Manual and its supporting manuals and procedures. Compliance by all staff with the requirements of the system is mandatory
